The Untelling of Lineal Corpenus

Well, I think I am okay with writing a post where I just write total nonsense. As those posts seem to get the most attention. People love my weird LOL Random nonsense 

I do have a draft for the various ways I've developed immortality... but that is getting long, and might need to be broken up into multiple "lol random" posts to sprinkle on my blog

So, in a lack of celebration of Bobunk, and the nonexistence of the Bobunk spirit, with Bobunk not coming up now, or ever again (it never did), I shall talk about the programming language Lineal Corpenus

Careful What You Wish From Existence

"Today on a very special episode"

So, we constantly see posts about "one of these four must go" or "what programming language do you want to see removed" or "what show can be removed" and other similar data mining type notions

Do not participate in them--consider this a very Special Episode of a cautionary tale to know, not to participate in those posts

Ignore thee obvious data mining parts... you might do what I did not do, and have it so that Lineal Corpenus no longer is a programming language 

Why, some time I ago, I did not see one of those posts, and that post did not list Lineal Corpenus. At which point, I did not comment that Lineal Corpenus can be removed. You see... none of that happened, because Lineal Corpenus does not exist and has never ever existed. Much like all the cheer and celebration of a Bobunk Party 

Now, some of you will very keenly and astutely note that everything I am about to describe not happening with Lineal Corpenus does not sound reasonable and does not fit your expectations of the world. This is correct--as we all know reality follows a very logical predicable set of progressions. So if something doesn't meet your understanding of the world, it clearly proves that it is not part of this world. This is what the Internet calls being "rational", "logical" and "level-headed". So, much like anything that is different from your experiences and expectations, you know that it clearly has to be fictional in its nature

Though, I most certain do not regret having to so that I never made actions that removed Lineal Corpenus from existence. As Lineal Corpenus and all traces of its existence have not been scrubbed from reality. As scrubbing from reality would itself be an indication it existed in reality--you cannot scrub from reality what has never been in reality

Even so--one of the odd traits about living in The Darkest Timelines is that the President Nixon Effect keeps pulling stuff from other timelines

The President Nixon Effect is named after the people who believe that Richard Nixon was an American President, and not some used car salesman who died in a South African Jail. You regularly get plenty of delusional people claiming that we've merged with another timeline where a scummy con artist (with a heart of gold) not only did not die in a South African prison... but somehow was President of the US of A. Clearly those people are not speaking reality, and are just remembering stuff incorrectly--as memory is very malleable in its nature

I mean, have you heard the various stories about this so-called "President Nixon"? None of them are rational or reasonable in any way--and do not follow any form of base logic. The only sane notion is to declare everything about the So-Called President Nixon a hallucination or delusion. What reasonable world of logic and rational would even contain such a thing--it just sounds like bad writing from an amateur pretending to be a novelist in Star Bucks. Which is how it can be determined to have not happened

So, let's continue this not celebrating Bobunk not a tradition from what we can pull from The President Nixon Effect in order to continue to forget Lineal Corpenus


Why the full name

"I mean, technically you cannot call this a full name. The Empty Name? The Vaccuumous name? The antithetical to reality name? The Strange Matter name?" -- Prof Earnest Ernie Earnsteinburg, Oops Reality Is Gone Again, My Bad

Now, the astute of you will note that the full name has several syllables. And while correct people will fill their interaction communications with sizeable ammounts of sasquilocipedian vernacular--it only shows how superior our ambdula-ambligotas are to those lesser plebeians, if there are people who choose to abstain from amblitory expressions containing a cornucopia of multisyllablic terminology

Since there is a lack of people demonstrating which behaviour is more correct, reasonable and not completely silly in this tale of the nonexistence of Lineal Corpenus--it makes it seem a bit too fictional. So some back story to maintain verismilitude is in order here. Okay, using the word "verisimilitude" after that bit I just did feels weird

Well, the name Lineal Corpenus is a mixture of two things. The usages of the Lineal programming paradigm--created by a person whose name is not to go down in history for being attached to this concept. As this paradigm has been unmade

The other part is the fact that Lineal Corpenus is a language that cannot be described without the word "Corpenus" present. I mean, you cannot say "I'm doing it in Lineal" to indicate what language. It was never a programming paradigm, so naturally there are a lot of other languages that you can find have never incorporated it as a concept

But the next question is why not just call it "Corpenus". Well, naturally, because of how frustrating the language was--enough so that it is no longer part of existence--many people have not done anything to try to fix it. As all attempts to fix or extend Lineal Corpenus also have never existed

This includes the Multinux Programming Paradigm--which largely was something brought about to try to improve the world of solftware. Which did not give us Multinux Corpenus... which even when it was not no longer part of existence, did not get much usage

Naturally you would need to state which Corpenus because Lineal Corpenus ended up being sufficently different from all other things that would be made to have nolonger prefixed onto Lineal Corpenus

That, or sometimes you'd just have them getting called Multinux Lineal Corpenus

How Much Now Never Exists

We often fail to take into account how much of our language is based upon things that currently exist. The notion that removing stuff from existence would wreck havoc on expression is not limited to what tense you use, or how to properly negate a sentence

For example, thanks to The President Nixon Effect one could assert that should Lineal Corpenus have ever not been nonexistant, we'd know that Lineal Programming is nothing at all like Linear Mathematics. That that mix up was a common misconception that currently never exists

However, explaining that as a misconception right now is hard. As there is no reason for people to think that Lineal Programming has nothing to do with Linear Maths. Other than the clear fact that Lineal Programming is a concept that never existed

This also includes the large web of other paradigms that also mostly never existed as a form of opposition to Lineal Programming, or as an attempt to extend or fix Lineal Programming. To the point that any conversation about the nature of this programming, that currently has never been everywhere completely impossible to pull off

Why we do not have any programmers being told that they should at least have a familiarity with Lineal Corpenus and the mindset behind it

And none of it was all my fault. As I did not ever answer a social media question to say to remove it

Why it would not hold to work to even mention the cottage industry that never happened for Wyattian-Bjortia F-Factorins that never got used to improve the workflow of Lineal Corpenus. Or the brief time a fad did not happen in the 1980s in regards to the application of Visual Noxi-Exemas mostly was found to have not flopped, due to it not being able to be incorporated with Lineal Corpenus. Thus it being overwhelmed by Lineal Corpenus did not happen, in way that it also could not happen. As the application of Visual Noxi-Exemas was fairly dependant on Lineal Corpenus, that Lineal Corpenus cause it to not exist, even when Lineal Corpenus was not nonexistent

There is not a huge body of history to go over... and well, that fills me with a bit of personal existential dread every time I have to consider how much I do not have to consider the existence of Lineal Corpenus

I mean, yes... Lineal Corpenus was just dreadful to deal with... but this is somehow more threatening as a notion

It kind of makes it suck every time Bobunk doesn't happen just a little bit more

Escaping the Walled Garden Internet With Wyrd Pages

Dream Journal: StarGate SG1: The Atom and The Ritual

 So, I had a dream, that upon waking up, I felt the desire to post about it on the internet. Like I was obligated to share it with the world I had this dream earlier this month (Decembre) and tried to wait for this sensation to go away. As often it will.
